Who we are
Global Aid for Relief and Development is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities by providing access to quality education and the development that makes education work. Founded in 2022, GARD works across multiple countries, focusing on those most in need, including orphans, children with special needs, and underprivileged families.

Our mission is to empower individuals through education, support and resources, enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.
We believe that education is a fundamental right for all and a powerful tool for change.
That belief sets the shape of the work. A child's place at the desk is only half of it: the other half is what stands behind that desk, a trained teacher, a classroom worth sitting in, a skill that leads somewhere afterwards. Development in Education exists to build that half.

Each programme carries its own budget line. Contributions directed to one programme are recorded against that programme, which is what makes reporting on them possible later.

Figures are published with their method attached.
