Global Aid for Relief and Development (GARD) is expanding its network of local researchers in conflict-affected and fragile contexts.

We are seeking motivated researchers, field coordinators, data collectors, and community-based professionals who are native speakers of the local language and possess strong knowledge of their communities and local context.

Locations

Applications are welcome from individuals based in conflict-affected regions and humanitarian settings worldwide.

Preferred Profile

* Native speaker of the local language used in the target community.
* Resident of, or deeply familiar with, the local context.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to conduct interviews and engage with community members in a culturally sensitive manner.
* Understanding of local social, cultural, and political dynamics.
* Previous experience in research, data collection, humanitarian work, community initiatives, or related activities is an advantage but not required.
